About 9K Club

Niner the chameleon with a crown and a trophy

9K Club is a puzzle room with a single game and a single goal: build a 9. The site lives at 9k-club.online, runs in any modern phone browser and keeps everything about your games on your own device.

Why a merge puzzle

The name has a 9 in it, so the game had to end at one. Merging numbers fits a phone well: one thumb, no reflex test, and every move is visible on the board before you make it. You can stop at any point and pick up exactly where you left off. We wanted something you can play while waiting for a bus, not something that waits for you.

How the board works

9K Merge runs entirely in your browser. New tiles are picked at random from small numbers, with the ceiling rising as your best tile grows; the exact rule is written out on How to Play. Nothing is tuned per player and no move is ever sent to a server, so there is no way for anyone to change a board while you play it.

The name: 9K Club and 9KClub

The brand is 9K Club, written with a space. Search boxes and app stores often run it together as one word, so you may see it typed that way too; both mean this puzzle room. Our home is 9k-club.online: a hyphen between 9k and club, and .online at the end.

What 9K Club will never ask you for

  • A phone number, OTP, password or bank, card or UPI details.
  • Money of any kind. Nothing on the site is for sale and points have no cash value.
  • An app installed from a link. The only app is the home screen shortcut on the Install the App page.

If a page, chat or video using the 9K Club name asks for any of these, it is not this site. Close it and, if you like, tell us through the contact page.

What we keep, and what we do not

The board, best score, ranks, sound setting and language choice are stored in your browser's local storage. There are no accounts, no tracking scripts and no advertising cookies. The fonts and images are served from this domain. Details, and a one-tap way to wipe your data, are in the privacy policy.

Languages

The home page, the game and the FAQ switch between English and Hindi with the EN / हिं button at the top. The guides are in English for now.

Meet Niner

The orange chameleon on every page is Niner, our mascot. Chameleons change colour; so do tiles when they merge. You will find Niner cheering when you build your first 9.
