1. The service
9K Club provides 9K Merge, a single-player number puzzle that runs in your browser, plus guides about it. The site is free to use. We may change, pause or retire any part of it at any time.
2. Points
Points, ranks and tiles are a score for your own enjoyment. They have no cash or monetary value, cannot be purchased, traded, gifted or turned into anything else, and are not a prize. Losing them (for example by clearing your browser) creates no claim against us.
3. Fair use
- Do not attack, overload or try to break the site, or copy it wholesale.
- Do not use the 9K Club name, logo or mascot to suggest that another page or app is ours.
- Do not use the site to collect other people's personal details.
4. Your device and data
Game progress is stored only in your browser, as described in the privacy policy. You are responsible for your device, browser settings and internet connection.
5. No warranty
The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and correct, but we do not promise it will be free of errors or always available. As far as Indian law permits, 9K Club accepts no liability for losses that come from using it.
6. Names and artwork
The 9K Club name, logo, the Niner mascot and the site design are protected; please ask before reusing any of them. Links to the home page are welcome.
7. Law
Indian law applies to these terms and to any dispute about the site.
8. Changes and contact
When these terms are revised, the date under the heading moves forward. Questions go to the 9K Club help desk.
